Hi everyone and welcome back to The Coveted Lifestyle!
I’ve finally managed to decide fully on my Christmas Wishlist. It’s nearly a week until Christmas which is so exciting and I’m so excited to give everyone their Christmas presents I’ve bought them. I really wasn’t sure what presents I would like to get this year so this is just a rough wishlist of things I’d like to receive.
The main thing I knew I wanted for Christmas was a Ring Light. I’ve wanted one for a while but I wanted to wait until Christmas as ring lights can be every expensive. I found one on Amazon by the brand Neewer that comes with an 18 inch ring light, a stand and other little accessories like the adaptor for your camera to sit on all for £105 which is still expensive but is cheaper than other one’s on the market and it has good reviews on Amazon and on Youtube so it must be good.
I really want to own another Anastasia Beverly Hills Palette as I’ve only ever owned one ABH palette, the Master Palette by Mario, and I want to add another to my collection. I am leaning towards the Prism palette as it’s limited edition and the shades have appealed to me since I first seen pictures of it. It is one of those palettes that I didn’t think about buying it myself but I would love to get it as a gift.
As a blogger I really need a good planner to be able to plan out my week as well as my blog posts. I can be so un organised sometimes and I need a planner to sort out my blog post planning as well as my week. After a long thought and debate between 2 different planners I’ve decided on one from Dot Creates, the I Can Do This Planner as it has not just pages for planning blog posts but also a weekly planner that isn’t dated so it won’t be as bad if I miss a week.
I always get PJs for my Christmas, it’s a tradition so this year I can’t go without them. I really like these Topshop one’s that have little alligators on them. It has “See you later” and then a picture of an alligator which made me laugh a little. I got Topshop PJs last year for Christmas and they are still going really strong, I’ve worn them a lot and they are still very comfy.
To go along with the PJs, I spied these t-shirts on MissPap that I was going to get myself but changed my mind and decided I could get them for Christmas. The first top I seen was a Gucci style dupe which is way better than spending hundreds on a real Gucci top and I got a t-shirt that has Influencer on it, I felt it was fitting for me being a blogger. I may not influence people but being a blogger it’s an appropriate t-shirt for me.
I just recently had a clear out of my makeup brushes and need some new brushes to replace some of the old ones. I love Real Techniques Brushes and I owned my Expert Face brush for about 4 years which is probably disgusting but I took good care of it so I feel it’s time to get a new one and I need a new bronzer and powder brush. Also I just went on a massive blending brush splurge and got a whole bunch of new blending brushes but I hardly have any shadow brushes so a new shadow brush is well and truly needed.
This links in with the makeup brushes idea before but the Jaclyn Hill Morphe Favourite Brushes Set is something I’d really love to receive but it is so expensive I’d not let my parents pay for it (weird I know). I love the fact you get 23 brushes all approved by Jaclyn Hill who is one of my beauty guru but I know myself that I wouldn’t let my parents or even myself if I’d ever buy these pay £155 for makeup brushes, they’d probably refuse to pay that as well if I asked for them.
I watched one of Jamie Genevieve makeup videos where she used the NIOD photography fluid and the finished result of her makeup looked amazing and she raved about it more than once in her videos. I really fancy trying this out to see what it does for my skin but again like the prism palette it’s something I’d probably not choose to buy myself.
I hope you’ve all enjoyed my Christmas Wishlist for this year, I have left it a tad late to post this but I have only just decided what I items I’d like to get. I’m always grateful for whatever presents I receive from anyone, the items on this post are just things I’d love to receive this Christmas.
