Dupes for the Kylie Cosmetics Products

Hi everyone and welcome back to The Coveted Lifestyle!

Kylie Cosmetics has to be one of the hardest brands to get over here in the UK with the shipping and customs etc. I have fallen off the Kylie Cosmetics bandwagon since the beginning but I do like still like her products and love getting them. I said at the end of my Weather Collection post that I was going to do a blog post on some dupes for the Weather Collection but I just thought why not do a dupes post for all Kylie cosmetics products not just the weather collection.

Some of these dupes cover a range of different price points. Also I do have a few Colourpop products in this post which I know for us UK people is still quite hard to get a hold off but the products are still way more affordable than Kylie Cosmetics and I know I also have some US readers so it’s a win win to everyone. So let’s get onto the dupes.

I found a really good dupe for the Candy K lip liner. The dupe I found isn’t actually a lip liner but the colour match is amazing, I actually wear this combo together a lot as it matches so well. The dupe I found was the Revolution Pro Supreme Matte Lip Pigment in “Illusion”. This lipstick costs £4, yes £4 and it is available in Superdrug so very easy to get hold off in the UK.

Now I found 2 dupes for Exposed, one being drugstore and affordable and the other is high end. The affordable option is the Revolution Makeup Life of the Dancefloor Lipstick in the shade “Stiletto”. This shade is so close to Exposed, it doesn’t look that similar once Exposed is dried but it still looks similar. ABH Staunch is actually a really close dupe too but it’s a tad darker than Exposed.

KOKO K is another classic from Kylie Cosmetics. The 2 dupes that I found is Colourpop Lippie Stix in Lumiere and MAC Brave. MAC Brave looked a good dupe for KOKO before it dried but when it is dry it is more pinky. On the other hand Colourpop Lumiere is nearly identical to KOKO K, it’s a perfect dupe.

Now onto the Weather Collection products. I did say in my blog post that there was 100% a dupe for the Cosmic Lipstick. I did think it was going to be MAC Whirl but it when I actually swatched them together they never matched at all. The dupe I did find was the Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Lipstick in “Starfish”. I know this isn’t the cheapest dupe out there but it is £20 and you can get it from the ABH UK website.

Now for the highlighter palette from the Weather Collection. This was the hardest thing to find dupes for. I couldn’t find a dupe for the shade “Golden Hour”, none of the highlighters in my collection looked close to it but I did find dupes for the other 3 shades.  Some of the shades aren’t identical dupes but the shades still quite close. The first shade in the palette Cloud 9 and the dupe I found was Colourpop highlighter in “Smokin Whistles”. They are quite similar but I do see differences between them, Cloud 9 has pink and bronze tones to it whereas Smokin Whistles is just pink toned.

The second shade in the palette is Stratus and the dupe I found was another Colourpop Highlighter in “Whipped”. Whipped is a tad more pink than Stratus is, Stratus is more golden toned.

The final shade I could find a dupe for is Daydream and the dupe is the Revolution Pro Supreme Highlight palette in “Metals”. The exact shade in this palette is the last shade, the bronze highlighter. They are very similar to each other, the Revolution Pro one looked more pigmented than the Kylie shade but they do have a similar undertone.

I really enjoyed doing this post as I do like finding dupes for expensive or hard to get products. I hope that if you’ve been eyeing up any Kylie Cosmetics products that this post helps you find a way to get a similar shade in products without having to fork out the money for Kylie Cosmetics.

See you all in my next post
